With some twenty courses all within easy reach (20 minutes maximum approximately) of North Berwick, East Lothian, and North Berwick in particular, is truly the mecca of the golfing world. In North berwick itself we have two magnificent courses: the North Berwick Golf Club (West Links), used for final qualifying for the Muirfield Open in 1992 and 2002 and the fantastic Glen Golf Club (East Links) which offers spectacular views and some wonderful golf holes.

The 'Edinburgh Golf Coast' stretches from Musselburgh in the west to Dunbar in the east, with the courses of Kilspindie, Craigielaw, Luffness, Gullane and Muirfield (to name but a few) just a short drive. As you play, soak up the centuries of history associated with the area. The likes of Ben Sayers, James Braid (five times Open Champion), Willie Park and many others are synonymous with East Lothian.

Musselburgh Old Course, the oldest piece of ground where golf has been played continuously, hosted the early Open Championships. North Berwick Golf Club's west links course is the 13th oldest golf club in the world. World-famous Muirfield has been graced by the greatest golfers of all time as an Open venue.

Most of the courses in East Lothian border the Firth of Forth and subsequently enjoy unparalled views across the water towards Fife, probably none more so than North Berwick's own Glen Golf Club, famed for its stunning views.

Make North Berwick and the Blenheim House Hotel the base for your Scottish golfing experience and enjoy the golfing holiday of a lifetime.
